If you want to come to Canada as a refugee, you will first need to be recognized as a refugee by UNHCR in Pakistan. Next, UNHCR will have to refer you for resettlement in Canada.
Thanks tho it you answer me another question that I got education in Pakistan pre medical as I have all certificates with me as Afghan I can’t keep my education on and I’m really interested in education as I always had wonderful marks but life got too hard here except unhcr is there any other way to follow
Given your status in Pakistan - any temporary visa won't be possible (study permit, work permit, visitor visa). You would need to look into applying for permanent residency. To qualify for permanent residency, you will need to have at least 1 year of full time skilled and paid work experience and will also need to have at least $12K in savings to be able to establish yourself in Canada. The PR programs are mostly points based and those with the most points based on their education, work experience and language abilities are selected.
No - there's really no way unfortunately. All of Canada's economic immigration programs require at least one year of paid full time work experience.
You can certainly look into being designated as a refugee by UNHCR. However as previously explained, UNHCR will select where you are resettled and they won't necessarily pick Canada.

I have red this it say yes can go to Canada from Italy but if anyone here can explain it to me easily i saw on this site says you can’t now it says yes you can if you can make it more simple for me as an Italian subsidiary protection holder resident in Italy since 2012 can he go to Canada if he can then is there any chances for him to claim asylum again in Canada if he can then what’s the requirement and where to contact thanks
It's easy if you are an Italian citizen and hold an Italian passport holder. Assume it will be very difficult for him to come to Canada with protected status.
If he already has protected status in Italy - then I don't see how he can apply for the same in Canada. If he wants to come to Canada, he would need to apply for PR through an economic immigration stream like express entry.n
Unlikely becauss he still has a strong risk of overstaying. It all depends on circumstances. Does he have strong ties to Italy? Does he have longterm employment? own property? Have family who will remain in Italy? Savings? Reason for visit? If he has most of these things there is probably a better chance but given the condition for refugees in Italy it will be an uphill battle.
