If you received. Job offer is it neccessary to work for that employer after you get your PR

Forget about getting a job offer. To get job offer points, your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA which is very expensive, takes 4-6 months and there's no guarantee of approval. It's effectively impossible to find employers willing to go through this process.

I checked my score and couldn't get any more then 350...
What are the other options then?how to improve the score

That's unfortunately far too low for Express Entry. You need 460+ points to be selected right now.

I would recommend that you start researching the Provincial Nominee Programs to see if those might be an option for you.

Yes I did but most of them require a job offer

Not all of them do.

You don't have enough points for Express Entry. So your only other option for Canada is the Provincial Nominee Programs.

Yes that would be an option but I dont know how to look into it by myself..does hiring a lawyer will help?

Yes - if you don't want to do the research yourself, you will need to hire a lawyer.
