i have a pending asylum in the US for 2 years still awaiting for my interview, in the meanwhile would I be able to apply for an express entry pr in Canada if I have a job offer letter from Canada

Yes - you can apply for Express Entry. Note that a job offer letter isn't enough to claim job points under Express Entry. Your employer also needs to obtain an approved LMIA.

You won't be denied provided you are 100% honest about your immigration history in your PR application.

You will need to be the primary applicant since skilled work experience is required to apply under Express Entry. Your husband's job is not classified as a skilled job. You would apply as the primary applicant and then include your husband and children in the application.

Express Entry is a points-based system - meaning those with the most points are selected. Right now you need to have 460+ points to be selected. You'll need to calculate how many points you have to determine your chances of being selected.

You can have any job you want.

If you want help with your application, you should hire an immigration lawyer instead of a consultant.

If you received. Job offer is it neccessary to work for that employer after you get your PR
