Received Disclosure Package – No Intervention: May 6, 2025

Still waiting for my hearing date (Ontario)

Is anyone else who applied in 2024 in Ontario still waiting for a hearing? If you’ve already had your hearing, would you mind sharing your timeline (application date, referral date, hearing date, and decision if you have one)?

Is anyone else who applied in 2024 in Ontario still waiting for a hearing? If you’ve already had your hearing, would you mind sharing your timeline (application date, referral date, hearing date, and decision if you have one)?

Some are now waiting 3+ years for hearings but will let others post their timelines. Where you are from can also influence hearing time since certain members specialize in hearing cases from certain countries.

How the cases get allocated are often based on country of origin so wait times can vary based on country of origin which is why I indicated that you should also be trying to compare to cases from your country of origin.
