I'm a Mechanical Engineer with 2.7 months experience in Kuwait. Graduated in 2010

Indian Passport Holder.

Can I apply for FSW? As far as I know I'm not due to less experience, but my friend says otherwise.

If you have one year of continuous employment in any of the NOCs you may apply. So if you have been working full time, but less than one year, you are not eligible.

I have been in this profession for the past 2+ years.

I deal with the Maintenance of Hydraulic Equiments and Machinery.
