Assesment of Academic Credential earned outside Canada

Hi all, I am trying to find Assessment centers, good ones, that equate my academic credentials earned outside Canada to the ones in Canada. Can anyone suggest any good agents or agencies that provide such services. I called in a few numbers that I got from CICIC, but apparently no one seems to pick up calls.

Kindly guide from you personal experience or any other information you can share regarding the same.
