helping my mom for her application regarding trv.
1: financial status- she has money save up in her acct but all came from money remittances from me and my sister about 3,000 cad. This will be her fund to go to canada.
My question is can I declare that her money was all gift from us?
2: my parents doesn't own any properties. They only rent The house where they live right now but no contract or lease?
3. Her only source of income is her pension but not very much.

i am planning to invite her for about 6 weeks.
I am all responsible for her ticket and accommodations.

Please help me on how can make her application stronger.

Hi,

1. Yes, you can state that the money was a gift.

2. You'll have to include some evidence for the rented house.... a letter/agreement from the owner + evidence of either cash receipts or bank transfers as rent paid + some government proofs that your parents live at that address.

3. Do include the pension + if she must return to renew the pension

Six weeks is too long. Keep her visit to only 2-3 weeks.

As your mom does not have a good financial situation + no strong ties, you'll have to:
1. Only apply for your mom..... your dad will be the family tie she must return to

2. Does she have any other assets/financial investments... bank term deposits, jewelry, shares, etc?

3. Apart from your dad, are there any other immediate family members who are dependent on her?

4. Can she include some must-return-by-date event with evidence?

Cheers
