Hi. I applied for a 6 months visitor record on March 15,2020. Today, August 17 and it is still in process. (they responded to my webform). In any case, I will need another 6 months (waiting for CSQ..).
I'd like clarifications if possible please:
Scenario 1 : Can I send a webform request and ask for extending 1 year instead of 6 months?
Scenario 2 :Visa will be issued before Sept 15. So I'll just apply for another extension.
Scenario 3: Visa will be issued after Sept 15 or it will be refused. Can I do restoration since my student status expired after Jan 30,2020 so Restoration is allowed till Dec 31st?
Note : not eligible for another PGWP (in case wondering why I'm applying for visitor).
