As an intl student, can I travel home/outside Canada while PGWP is in process?

-My university course ends in April
-My study permit is valid until August 31
-I would be applying for PGWP after receiving official transcripts in May

Can I go on a 2 month holiday outside Canada after applying for PGWP since I have a valid study permit until August?

I have 2 concerns:

1) Can the IO during re-entry in July-August give me a hard time since my studies are over?

2) Does CIC send any physical mail to your Canadian address by post when the PGWP gets approved? Because I wouldn't be in Canada when they do. What happens if I'm not there to receive the physical documents?

Nothing will happen and already explained you in last thread. CIC only concern that you don't something wrong and your status in Canada.

Yeah but am also worried about what happens if they mail me the PGWP letter or something but am not present in Canada? Or they try to contact me and I'm out of country?

Btw someone in this thread mentioned that PGWP cannot stay outside Canada for extended period of more than 1 month.. is that true???

Have you read one thing on that forum? "immigration consultant" refer to the group of most confused people i have ever encountered. Common sense plainly dictates that processing time of PGWP is 62 days(except saturday and sunday). I had applied my PGWP on 23rd February and it will take most probably two to three weeks. First of all you will get notification on your cic account and for the later case, you can ask someone at your house to take care of that document simple.

Buddy don't go by people views, its good to gather information but facts and figures are above them. If you still have doubt, reduce your trip to 1.5 month and come back earlier that really makes sense.
