Yeah its all a bit of a nightmare at the moment.

I had a feeling the Pilot Programme was a way to gain votes in the upcoming elections. Anyway, I gained from it so I can't complain I guess!

Yes, I agree with gsize. At least inland, the spouses get to stay together rather than apart. Some countries, outland takes way more than 25 months!
