ill be leaving between 18th to 23rd i suppose for vancouver?

i have applied for visa now .... today only chc delhi recieve my file ... so if i get the visa even i have plans on those days only but i will be heading to winnipeg .. UNIVERSITY OF MANITOBA !!!
