its not their issue .. i got that message and opened the file ..
its your web browser ,., try to stop the popblocker .. or try IE ..

Even I got the LET_AH08_062019-01. I have translated it using Google and it says to modify the expression of interest which I wonder what. I submitted it in January and was waiting. Any one got news?

few of members got it.. so asking what documents asked or next process..

On the Arrima letter, they just asked to apply for CSQ again in Mon Projet website.
So basically, we are now at the same step as before the law passed: waiting for the documents request.

How long does this take now? I am in the same situation and waiting for document requests. Can you please share your experience? Thank you.

did you do the Comparative Evaluation for Studies Done Outside Québec ? do you know if it is mandatory to do it in order to get the invitation?

I have done this comparative evaluation, but not for CSQ application. Comparative evaluation requires the same documents, as would be required during CSQ for educational validations. So, I don't think the evaluation is necessary for CSQ, but would definitely reduce the processing times.

I applied in Arrima in Nov 2018 and received the invitation on August 16, 2019, I am in Quebec. I have applied in Mon Project but not sure if it will reduce processing time to get CSQ or not.
I think you still need the evaluation for CSQ (59 points with family and 50 without family).
