Did anybody got ppr. Our application is all completed since dec 2024. In gcms notes I says. RFV pending space at Quebec target in dec 2024 . It's been 9 months there's complete silence. I don't understand why this hold up. Did anybody got ppr recently in Quebec outside canada?

This is normal because of the caps on PR issuance the provincial government of Quebec has imposed. Not much you can do but wait. Estimated processing time is 41 months as of now so that gives you a ballpark on how long you may have to wait from the time you originally submitted your application.
