Arranged Employment

Hello Everyone,

I am planning to apply the Permanent Residency under Arranged Employment category. Since September 2010 I have been working in Canadian company. I am here on work permit and my visa will expire by end of September 2011.

Now my question is:

1) Where shall I send my application package?
2) I have Indian Passport, does this mean I have to send my application to India or I can submit in Canada?
3) Does anyone has idea, how much time it takes to get residency under arranged employment category?

1. You should read the instructions again.
2. All FSW applications go to CIO Sydney first.
3. If you were admitted to Canada for 1 year you can choose Buffalo or New Delhi as the processing office.
4. Probably about a year to process.

Once again thank you

1. You really should read the instructions.
2. Your only choices are New Delhi or Buffalo. Sydney NS is NOT a visa office, it is the office where you send your application to determine if it meets the requirements, they send it to the overseas visa office.
3. If on your entry to Canada you were given status for 1 year or more, then you can chose either Buffalo or ND> If you were given less than 1 year on entry, then you must choose ND.
