I have recently offered a full-time job as Assistant Restaurant Manager (NOC 0631). I still have my post-work visa valid until 24 July 2010.

Does it mean I can apply for FSW under Category 2 (Arranged Employment)??
Does my employer still need to get AEO for me?
Or does the job offer letter itself is sufficient?

Please help! Thank you!

Apparently, I CANNOT apply for FSW under AEO category 2 without at least 1-year "continuos" work experience.
My only options are:
1. Work for 1-full year in the same company/position, OR
2. Looking into PNP to see if I am qualify, OR AND
3. Get LMO for work visa extension and PNP application
Thanks to Leon for clarifying!

Since your inbox is full, I will reply to your last message on here.

In order to get an LMO, the employer needs to advertise the job for a certain amount of time to prove that no qualified Canadians or PR's could be found and he needs to be offering market wage. It is possible to tailor the job ad to your education and experience so that not too many other people end up being qualified.

Thank you very much, Leon!
I'm currently in Ontario. I try to read the Opportunities Ontario website and it is a lot of information to take.
Do you know if there is a specific forum/discussion regarding the Ontario PNP?
Do you think it is a good idea to use a representative/lawyer to fill out all the forms?

Thanks for your help!

I don't know of a forum for ON PNP

If you think it's a good idea to get a lawyer, go for it. Some people have actully had problems because of bad consultants or lawyers who delayed their cases so if you do it, pick a good one.
