Hi All,

1) When you mean you have an arranged employment, i presume you mean that an employer in Canada has offered you a job and you are trying to get a skilled worker visa. Am i correct? If yes, how does the employer wait for this long. In normal cases,the employer makes an offer and expects you to join them within 2 to 3 months.

2) My current job in India comes under the skilled employee mentioned in the NOC of Canada. I have seen job requirements for my profile in Canada. What do you all suggest, i first try to get a job and then apply for the visa (but again i am not sure if the employer will wait) or should i apply for the visa, come to Canada and seek a job.

Please suggest.

Regards
Quartz

If your job is in 38 Occupation list then you dont require AEO, otherwise to make your application eligible for processing under FSW you need AEO.

If you are able to secure more than 67 points then no need of AEO, AEO have 10 points. Your application will not be processed faster if you have AEO.

@Explorer101
Where it is mentioned that AEO case would not get their PR Process faster but I have read and listened that AEO case will be process faster as VO knows the employer in Canada is waiting for the employee?

Can comments on it?

Thanks
