Go on the IRCC site and research the immigration pathways. As for employment if you are working and studying in Canada now then chances of job offer with LMIA are almost zero unless highly skilled. To get a closed work permit, you need a job offer with LMIA. The LMIA proves that no Canadian has your work experience, education and language skills to do the job, only you. Go on Canadian job sites and look for jobs but most if not all will say only apply if you are a citizen, PR or have a work permit.
