Hello all,

I have a question about getting 50 poinsts for the Arranged empoyment section. If I have worked in canada with LMIA for 1year and no longer working with the employer who got me the LMIA at the time I apply for CES, can I claim 35points for Canadian work experience plus 50point for Arranged Employment?

I am confused if I can claim 50 points for arranged employment only in case I keep working with the employer or I can still get the 50 points after quitting the job.

no, you do not have a "valid job offer" worth 50 points.

Without a new LMIA, you would need to have a written job offer from an employer with whom you have been working for at least one year, for at least one year after you become a PR. And that offer has to remain valid until you land.
