Arranged Employment Opinion or Labor market Opinion

Hello Friends,

As you guys know that, this forum helped me la lot during my PR process. Now I have one question for my friend:

He is on post Graduate Work Permit, and looking to apply for immigration under FSW 2 category. he already have an arranged employment (Permanent Job) , that falls under NOC - 6221 (category B). Does he need to have Arranged Employment Opinion or Labor market Opinion with his Application?

If he is in Canada on a PG work permit he can apply for fsw2 immediately. If during his pr process his visa expires or is about to expire, his employer, if wants to retain him, would apply for a new LMO for extension of work permit, and since your friend holds a PG WP he would not have to show any advertising, as he would be exempt, he would easily get a positive LMO. Now as regards to your AEO, I am not clear why you ask this, as that is for someone who is not in Canada and has a permanent job offer. The employer then applies for AEO and the employee who is abroad applies for PR with that, both are two different procedures. Hope this helps.
