You should have to pay money to a placement agency to get an AEO. If you have to pay money then it's probably a scam and/or the AEO is fake.

Right, Scylla.
but people are very smart, if they know or good relationship with agents then they take risk & pay money to migrate Canada.

Hello All,

I am just asking to get pre employment in canada, nothing more. I am very satisfied for the normal visa process, which may take long time i think..... But, just i am searching for a good & justified placement agency who can coordinate with me & the canadian employer, seeking for outside candidate for employment..........

Any hope now? I have put my file on April,2010. RIght now, I am on stage:2, in which i have submitted all documents again in local CHC. Also I am from IT (information technology) field, which doesn't exists now in the new declared FSW category. So, what are the chances to get employment after landing in canada? I have found many placement & direct employers, who are in bulk need of IT. Are they fake?

Kindly respond.

It is very difficult to get a genuine agent in Canada. However you can do a god searh for an agency. Most of the agencies are in teh hospitality field. My husband is an IT profession as well and we are looking for an agency.. my best advice is to pray and ask god to speed up to speed up the process for you and your family. Please do not pay any monies to agencies!! this is not allowed in Canada. Your best bet is to search for a job via Canadian job bank! all the best and I pray all works out for you. What are you applying under presently? are you being sponsored?
