You dont need to be in 29 list you can directly apply under AEO category

So I do not need to send anything to any province for nomination? Just directly to Sydney?

I had the same question, echoes1978.
I checked and came to know no need to go for PNP, but according to below:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/02b-skilled-fed.asp
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/04-provincial.asp
It seems PNP processing is faster a couple of months. However again these couple of months will be spent on getting PNP approval.

I am worried about finding employer who will give me a job offer, since I am not in Canada. The problem is big, because occupational skills in category C and D does not count as eligible. So if I get a job offer to clean toilettes, it worths nothing. Or did I misunderstood something here?

Guys any news from HRSDC has any one got clearance. My consultant told me in sep.

Regards

If I have arranged employment and labour market oppinion, do I have to apply under provincial nominee program, or can I apply directly as a federal skilled worker like those aplicants who are on NOC 29 list?

For FSW application you need a positive AEO (Arranged Employment Opinion) confirmed by HRSDC or Service Canada. LMO is for temporary workers to take up employment in Canada.

No, nothing from HRSDC/SC yet!!!!
Still waiting....13 weeks now.....

@vital: When did you apply for the AEO?
Ours was confirmed on May 18th.....

Louise!

Hi All,

If the AEO is approved by HRSDC or Service canada and we have applied for PR with this positive approval, are there chances that the AEO might get rejected from VIsa Office later?

Simon, Vital and others please reply............

1, There is a chance always for Service Canada to cancel a positive AEO even after they approve it.
2, AEO has an expiry date.
3, According to OP6 (operation manual), the Visa Office officer is supposed to check a couple of weeks before interview to make sure the employer still exist ... so it means they will also once in a while check about condition/situation/geniunity of AEO and employer.

Can anybody help me up with the forms and guides for AEO?
from where i can download the latest forms available for the AEO application?
Thanks

forms are there as well.
LMO and AEO are similar, other than LMO is for temporary and AEO is for permenant and AEO does not need advertisement for the position. Both of them are processed in the same SC center. So you may read below link as well:

AEO sucks .. i got one approve in Oct 2009 and till now my application is pending in New delhi office.

They did started my processing on June 30th but no medical-nothing..... they might be doing some verifications on AEO or the employer . but we have not received any calls ..

All AEO people hand there .. estimate 2 years atleast .. its been a year + 3 months for me already
