Arrange employment

Can anyone guide me on arranging the employment before coming to canada. I am a Software engineer by profession.

so do I, and seems to be impossible... I tried to send some letters and most of the employees didn't even answer back.

I will wait till I got my visa to try it again, but... if anyone knows how to apply or know a company which is hiring over internet I will try it again.
