You need to apply to jobs on Canadian job site (don't fall for scams), get job offer and have your employer pay $1k and file for LMIA. The LMIA is to prove no Canadian can do the job, only you. Then once you have a LMIA, apply for a closed work permit. The process can be very long. You should be looking at immigration programs rather than a job if you are wanting to immigrate to Canada.
