Are you accompanying a family member query

Hi all..
I am very confused with 2 questions pertaining to my visit Visa application..

1. My daughter n her husband have received their copr and are going to do their landing on December 2019.

2. I am applying for trv ( visit visa less than 6 months ) to go to canada now in november 2019

3. The 2 questions that confuse me
Do you have a family member who is s citizen or PR ? ( now my daughter and her husband has copr but not pr technically yet. What should I answer)

4. Are you accompanying a family member who has a status in canada ?
( as per status they do have their copr but am not sure accompanying means what in this context)

Pls clarify and I appreciate your assistance deeply
