Are true copies of mark sheets and transcripts required for applying into clgs?

Hi, I am applying for Canadian Universities as well as colleges for a masters course. I know that Universities require true copies of mark sheets and transcripts, but do colleges require it too?

Check in there admission requirements, some univs and colleges need sealed transcripts but on the other hand some doesn't need any sealed transcript. you just have to upload an offline transcript to there portal.

As far as I know there are no need of transcripts and LOR's if you are applying for colleges.......but for universities those documents are mandatory.

I have searched for few but they all offer diplomas and not the degree.
