CHC says pay the first year full fee

the colleges give us the option to split the fee for two semesters,

they dont follow a single method or what?

yeah I also think so they are mad !!

if you check the university visa checklist ,in one column they said evidence of payment for your first year’s tuition fee and straigh after another column they said Copy of receipts for payment provided by the University (pre-payment of first term is strongly recommended
