are people actually getting approved still for visas?

Just wondering if anyone is actually getting approval or refusals still with all that is going on right now with covid 19...
I know they say they are working on applications still but im assuming way longer wait times etc. but interested in knowing

Do you mean the only visas being processesed is for may students only?

Do you want to state that “All Pending Visa will start processing in the month of May2020” and May intake will defer to September?

As, per my knowledge Canada High Commission is Closed and they might open in month of May. Colleges are sending deferment emails to students.
