Are cousin and aunt counted as relations under express entry program?

I have recently contacted an immigration consultant in Punjab. The lady told me that i won't be gaining any points for having my real aunt being a citizen of canada. Is it so ?

Besides my aunt, i have a maternal cousin also in canada. Cn't i get marks for having relations

The immigration consultant is correct. You won't get CRS points for an aunt or cousin. You only get points for siblings.

Ontario PNP does not have a family stream.

Ontario also does not have any stream where connections to Canada (for example extended family in the province) will get possibility to apply (like for example in Manitoba).
The only part where I think you get points is the FSW part (for min 67 points that allows you to enter EE pool).
