Are additional docs needed for PR ?

My friend is applying for PR.

1. Will the docs in checklist be enough OR does he still have to send in additional docs like leases, employment letters etc. even though he meets the RO .

2. His ICES report does not show exits but he has plane tickets, boarding passes etc. Do those need to be sent in as well ?

Your post is a bit confusing. Are you asking about applying for PR or applying to renew your PR card?
