i my PRRA was denied and now im in Mexico, my spouse is sponsoring me, when i need to apply for the ARC?
or maybe i dont need to do that?

You will be advised by the visa office if you need to apply for ARC, and how to do so.

I got an inland application refused on February... I was told by CIC and a well known lawyer that you will need ARC only if you have been deported from Canada. If you have a removal order and u left the country within 30 days you won't need ARC, also If you got refusal letter without telling you to leave the country you won't need it.

I want to believe I won't need it because I got a refusal letter but I never get a removal order, I'm also in Mexico applying again. I know this is stressful and unfair but we have to accept whatever they say.

I dont understand this situation because I my refugee case was denied, so i left Canada when they notified me ,I though everything was ok,
my husband is sponsoring me and Vo requested me an ARC , I was talking with a guy who was in the same situation and he explained me the follow:
the departure order turns into deportation order when you dont leave canada after 15 days of the initial letter of your refugee case refusal. they count every day after that up until you apply for a new case and in our case that was the humanitarian but before that there is prra pre removal risk assesment and then the humanitarian and all of it adds up to be 15 days ,a departure order is when you recieve your first refugee refusal letter and go to them and tell them that i dont wanna go for PRRA nor humanitarian nor federal court appeal and they tell you ok no problem buy your ticket and go and here is a departure order and if one day you want to come back you dont need a written authorisation shortly ARC .

Now I have a little bit clear idea, reason which they circle on my departure certificate DEPARTURE ORDER BECOMES A DEPORTATION ORDER maybe because I did not leave Canada from the fisrt time when they refused, and i just appeal but I never received a removal order only after PRRA , soooo this is really confused!!

Actually most refugee claimant departure orders turn into deportation orders, when that person doesn't report to Immigration at the Port of Entry when they leave Canada to have their departure confirmed.

but I reported my departure why they request ARC i have proof of it i really dont understand!!!

Who did you report your departure to when you were leaving at the airport?? That is what you may not be realising. It's not just proving that you left Canada during the 30 days, it is proving that when you were leaving, at the airport you reported to Immigration, told them clearly that you are a former refugee applicant and you have been given a departure order.

Simply insisting that you left when they asked you to is not enough. If you didn't tell Immigration at the airport that you were leaving subject to a departure order, you need ARC.

Border Service notified me the time what i have to be at airport to notify my departure, I was there with my husband , and i signed some documents, and when i was in the departure gate for my flight an officer was waiting for me to give the documents and confirm i really left Canada, everything was ok, actually in my departure certificate is the signature from the lady which I notified.
It is really confuse!!!!
