ARC application with ETA

Hey guys!
I’m an Australian citizen trying to return to Canada. As Australians we have to send our arc application and nessecary documents to the Canadian consulate office in Sydney via mail. But because Australia is visa exempt for travelling to Canada, I can’t figure out how to submit my ARC with my ETA application. Hoping someone has some advice. Thankyou!

Hi. I applied for ARC in London few weeks ago, I believe you should get instructions from VO whether eta required or not. Do you have any apdate? Can you share your experience plz? Thx

Yes! I arrived in Canada on December 21st 2023. Was granted a six month visitor visa. Work permit approved in July. And my PR was approved just last month.

Hello

I got a letter from immigration officer to submit Authorization to return to Canada (ARC) letter for my visitor visa (Super visa) application. In the below site, it is said ARC application can be submitted through online but i don't see any instruction for online ARC application.
