Aramex Services for PPR "Abu Dhabi"

I received my PPR from Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

I want to submit my passport in person. For the delivery part I have to write my address info on Aramex Domestic Waybill, submit it with the passports to the embassy and pay the fees upon the delivery. Is this right?

My consultant told me that I have to create an "Air bill info" with Aramex before submitting my passports to the embassy. I'm confused wheather i'm following the right procedure or not. My consultant offered me sending the passports via Aramex not in person, but I refused.

Goolguy and other members who went through this process with the canadian embassy in AD, can you please advise me?

Its simple process

1) Gather all ur passports for all members + photos + letter of PPR as required
2) Go to Canadian Embassy
3) Aramex airway bill will be lying there for returning of passports
4) Submit passport with aramex bill (after filling ur address and contact)
5) Note down the aramex bill number for ur reference

U will get passport and COPR on 3rd day aftr submitting

If so, I'm planning to land on July ;D

Yes, u can plan for july. They say 10 days but it will take 3 days

Goolguy, were you able to check Aramex track number before PP delivery?

I submitted by passport last week and the Aramex tracking number is still invalid!


The stress won't relief until I receive the PP

keep checking aramex tracking number......once they dispatch your passport, it will show...

When exactly you deposited PP with them ?

I submitted the PPs in Thursday morning.

I'm eagerly waiting for it, so I can start my flight booking

Today evening it should be dispatch and tomorrow u can expect.....all the best.

Not sure but our PPs delivery took 12 days, submitted on 5th June and returned back on 17th June. So it could take 12 days too!

I think that the embassy is loaded with visit visas issuance now a days. It's summer season.

In our case (we are Pakistani - their website says that for few nationalities incl Pak, it takes 10 additional days) the Aramex tracking # started working after 10 days, exactly on 16th June and PP delivered on 17th June whereas PP submitted to Abu Dhabi on 5th June.
