I applied from united arab emirates on 4 april 2023 . And i have completed my biomatric on 12 april 2023 . Till now i didn’t get any update on gckey account regarding ppr !!anyone have any idea ??

Raise a webform. Nothing much you can do. As you will read on the IRCC processing page, it says “most” are processing within the stated times. Doesn’t mean all. Has your application even started eligibility review?
