So you are married with no children or a single parent with one child to be 3 including your mother. Hopefully you get an answer soon.

Yes I am a single mom with a 2 daughter one is married and other one is depended for one more year . Yes I am praying as my mother is all alone in back home .

The purpose of a supervisa is not to unite with family (unite is for PR and permanent) but to visit family. Still need to show ties to return.

what kind of strong ties will amplify the point. my parents dont own a home or property neither they have mcuh assets just a fd AND some money in a bank in home country. they lived all thier life in gulf and will retire soon so cant show gulf address etc. they stay in hotel or rent temporarily when in home country. i want them to come for 1 year on super visa and then hae them stay back a bit and return again will i be able to apply.

Ties to return are investments, income property, pension, job letter with approved leave. If returning to home country, show an address and some ties to return. You and spouse meet LICO for the number of people in your family including parents along with health insurance and medical.

So the only reason was that she would not return and has strong ties? How long did she stay in 2022? Did she show ties to return - job letter, business, spouse, children under 22. So she had 3 refusals for TRV and 1 for a supervisa....that is a lot of refusals in a short period of time. IRCC may be taking the fact that she applied for 3 TRVs in 2024 as being desperate to come to Canada. Need to address reasons for refusal

So if you are going through Judicial Review then wait for a decision. Yes you can invite her but she shows the ties to return. If all her children are in Canada then to IRCC she has no family ties in home country. Ties are not her parents or siblings. All the best.

So what happened after four rejections. I applied fifth time. Same documents, same family ties, same financial situations and guess what? Her application was approved this time. Strange na? Its quite strange.

any idea how long does it take after medical request?

After medical it usually 6-8 weeks to get a PPR.
