So the only reason was that she would not return and has strong ties? How long did she stay in 2022? Did she show ties to return - job letter, business, spouse, children under 22. So she had 3 refusals for TRV and 1 for a supervisa....that is a lot of refusals in a short period of time. IRCC may be taking the fact that she applied for 3 TRVs in 2024 as being desperate to come to Canada. Need to address reasons for refusal

same thing with my mother as well. What can I do if she is a window and no ine in back home except her sister and brother and the purpose of super visa is to unite with the family!!! Insane reason to reject
The purpose of a supervisa is not to unite with family (unite is for PR and permanent) but to visit family. Still need to show ties to return.
The purpose is to stay longer for extended period of time with your family . And that is why stay can be longer and if parent visited and left the country before that proves that they will exit … at the end of the day it is all depends on an officer who is working on your file . Should pull GMC notes and appeal for it .

With them. This is complete lie . My letter mentions everything including proves of all. So we raised a webform on this base and waiting for reply.
She also mentioned that this is happed to another client as well as IRRC is using AI tools for applications .
Whoever is getting rejections on such bases should raise a webform pls . Hoping for the best next few weeks are crucial

Yes, only that reason. She stayed four and half months in 2022. Same ties in 2022 as of now except my father was alive. If IRCC thinks I am desperate, let them be. I have all the right to invite my mother, I even challenged their decision, waiting for court hearing. The thing is court is overloaded with IRCC complaints since 2024 and taking longer more than expecting. I have every single proof of her home returning and thats a fact too. she does not want to stay here like forever. She has her life there. She just wants to see her grandchildren as we three siblings reside here.
I am so sorry to hear that. Even I raised webform on the day of rejection. But it still takes a month approx to answer. If it still says no, it again disappointment. If certainly there is a problem in your application, even a mistake of grain size, they have a right to reject it. There is nothing we can do, besides getting depressed.
When was your medical passed on file? Usually they should not reject the file after medical has been passed
I do not have a exact time line as my consultant has it but i remember it passed quite while ago. Earlier in July
So if you are going through Judicial Review then wait for a decision. Yes you can invite her but she shows the ties to return. If all her children are in Canada then to IRCC she has no family ties in home country. Ties are not her parents or siblings. All the best.

Not all children. She has different ties in home country that need her attention so she cannot stay here longer. The review will take years if not months.
