I have applied for my parents on April 26th from Pakistan
They’re in hibernation mode
After biometrics completed on 29th & 30th April, it is complete silence
So don’t have high hopes
But there are lucky ones too

I applied on Apr 6. They already had a valid medical so we didn't need a new one. No updates/correspondence since the appication was submitted.

No I didn’t either in fact I did my mom’s medical on Nov 25,2024 as she was traveling to Dubai for 3 months and I applied her super visa on April 3, 2025 . Im wondering if her medical will expire in Nov then what ?
Spoke to an immigration consultant she said Pakistan background check is very very slow. I hope we get to hear soon !

I hope so too. Someone mentioned that once the medical expires, it is up to the visa officer if they ask for a renewed medical.

I got the email from IRCC today (17th Oct) saying Eligibility reviewed however i already have passport submission request on Sept 18 and passport is already submitted for stamping and received by IRCC on Sept 29th. Waiting for the passport from IRCC. Anyone has any idea why they sent Eligibility email after one month of passport submission?
