It most likely means you're scheduled for an upcoming interview. I had a similar note on my notes and I gave an online interview .The official just checks your PR card and healthcard and asks a few questions like where do you live, work etc. Very simple and quick interview. Mine was 5 minutes only. The interview is a v good thing as it speeds up cases that are stuck for months.

Hello guys, I submitted my application in April 2025, started processing April 9, background check is completed, test is passed and completed. No update since June 7 2025, I recently applied for ATIP notes and i saw “Grant Interview Ready In-Person” dos anyone knows what this means? And what could they possibly ask at the interview if it means interview is requested. Thanks

I requested for the notes on Jan 19 and was sent to my email today Jan 27 that’s like 7-8 days

Applied April 21st
AOR May 7th
Citizenship test July 20
Citizenship + Background passed Aug 23
Ghost update Sept 25th
LPP, Prohibitions, Language pending.

Today: In-person interview scheduled for Feb 5th (received notification via email)

Hopefully the wait is coming to an end.
