I just checked again today. There is a slot open on the day of my ceremony.

How many slots are available per day? Is it only one ceremony per day or multiple ceremonies with different time slots per day?
It depends on the IRCC office. Every ceremony event usually has around 100 participants... sometimes more or sometimes less... Today I read a post where there were 140 people in the cohort.

Is this an in-person event? How many cohort per day?

Is it possible some cohort will have in-person on same day while another cohort will be vurtual?

The OP doesn't say if it was in-person. See here:
https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/october-2021-citizenship-applications.745881/post-10349590

The website doesn't list virtual ceremonies... So in theory, there could be a second cohort having a virtual ceremony at the same time conducted by the same IRCC office... It's hard to say. Currently, In-person ceremonies not as common as virtual ceremonies

I received an oath email but the time is 6:15am? (Vancouver time)

Can I request a later time like an afternoon slot or in-person ceremony? lol

Don't go to that route. You don't know when the next slot will be available. Could be anywhere between 1 - 6 months.

Get up early and get ur oath done. You will not regret it :)

Congrats! It's best to do your oath in the given time otherwise there is no guarantee you can do that soon! I can't find your timeline, when was your last update?
