Application returned today, the reason was, that two Identification documents not included for minors.
Actually, I included kids PR and first page of passport for 2 piece of ID. Now returned.
Question, is Health care card is enough?
Also, do I have to refill all forms or not?

Are you filled forms or used submitted ones? Mine also returned for minors missing id document.
Did you included the passport twice? one as indicated in the checklist and the other as proof of ID?
Alberta Health care card is good if you are submitting the other ID with picture.
In the returned letter, are they asking you to fill out a new application form? The website indicates that application will be returned if dated more than 90 days before they receive it, but if you update the date in the application form you will need to update the physical presence days calculator as well, so please read carefully what they are saying in the returned letter.

If you are keeping prior dates, include the letter that you received. That's the only way they can recognize it was returned earlier. Otherwise, you may have another return for stale dates.
How is it that a couple of applications from April have already been returned but no one has received their AOR? Return applications proves that they have already started reviewing April applications.

Completeness check happens first and they are sent in queue to be entered into GCMS (electronic tracking system for IRCC). Person checking for completeness and person entering the information and issuing the AOR are not necessarily the same.

Thank you!!!! Where are you at with your application? I am praying that this process will speed up now with the new technology IRCC is implementing and that we all are given the privilege to become Canadian Citizen very soon!!!
Mine still in process. BG completed so that is good. Today one one of the early NOV 2020 applicant got their test invite. So overall pretty good. September 2020 is getting their test invite in full throttle. Waiting on the OCT 2020 applicants now so if everything goes like this then hopefully NOV 2020 applicants will be getting their invites from mid june. lets see!!Thank you!!!!
