I linked my.paper application today to.online. gc account and there is msg that final.decision has made..see.below..down there..there was msg that.ur application has been.approved..what does that.means

That it is approved :D
As I understand in paper application you submit your passport with other documents at VFS. Well you can submit inquiry through IRCC web form or wait till 1-2 days or till Friday.

Processing time is for 80% of applicants (so it's patience test lol , just kidding)

I applied online application on 12 april
Submission confirmation-12 april
Biometric already done bcz it's my second application
Correspondence letter-6 May from Ottawa,Canada
Acknowledgement letter- 7 May from Delhi immigration
