This is important information. So current rolling window is 8 weeks. Also we have information from bringiton saying that they are processing applications received up to May 10.

This means currently they are processing applications received between 15 March and 10 May.

Before I received my AoR, I was also told by an agent that they have 3 teams who review all files on a rolling basis. Also if anyone receives AoR late, it doesn’t necessarily means that their file will be processed late.

I agree with your last statement. the one year processing time starts from the application receipt date regardless of the aor date.

What among the following are travel documents besides passports that I have to mention? (Citizenship Application #14)

PR Card
Canada Visa that was applied on the passport for 1st entry.
US Visa
Fast Card
Previous UAE Residence Visa

What "immigration status" means in #13, can someone elaborate? I have lived in UAE for 10 years on residence visa (employment) do I have to fill it in immigration status?

You can check the status in ECAS

Yes, it looks like you have to include your previous working/student visas too. I realised that I have missed that.
I received my AOR already, so I sent a request through the Web Form to update my application. I hope it won't slow down my processing time.

Yeah. I think you should better call them and ask. And also update us the dates they are processing at the moment.

I also realised that I have not included my absences PRIOR to my immigration to Canada (which falls in the 5 year eligibility period) in the Physical Presence Calculator. Given that I have already received my AOR, I have updated my Physical Presence Calculator, and submitted it through a the Web Form.

This mistake didn't really affect my days in Canada, but I wanted to be accurate. I don't think it should be a problem. Any thoughts?

My understand is you should only include the presence prior to PR which falls in the 5 years period not absence.

Please find my details
We had initially submitted an application for my husband, my daughter and myself in Feb 2019. It was returned as we missed adding the date of the signature on the physical presence calculator. We resent the application on April 12, 2019 and it was received on April 17, 2019.

We have not received any email confirming AOR for anyone of us. I have been trying to track the status using the ecas link and yesterday, i found that my husband's status on Ecas is active (but no email yet). When we sign in, it says "Application received on April 17, 2019"
I tried to pull up the record for my daughter and me - but Ecas is not active for us.
Has this happened to anyone?

Would you recommend that i call them to enquire about the status for me? if so, what number can i call and what information do i need to keep handy?

• citizenship app payment receipt number (starting with a capital R)
• courier name
• tracking number
• date of sending
• date of receipt in Sydney
