I have got Notes today and it says that I passed eligibility and criminality on 6th of October. It also says that now my app's location is - RFL-hold (2nd page of notes). Does anyone know what it means ? And since 6ths of October there was no movement .....
My application was received on 25th of April

Hello Susie,

There was someone whose file was processed in manila Visa office. They had their interview and the same day, their passport was stamped and visa is received. Hence, I would recommend for you to just bring your passport so it is available if they need it.

Got an update today in GCKey that my husband's application is already approved + a message from the visa office that the passport is ready for pick up. Only took us 10 days for passport release. Yay! So much for a good news!!

Congrats! I'm assuming that they don't send back the COPR until the background/eligibility checks are complete. Our GCKey still says those 2 items are not concluded yet. We got our PPR on Nov 20 and it was received in Ottawa on Nov 30.

April 2017 applicant here, I was wondering if anyone has had an experience with updating an error on an application in process?

On my IMM 5669 (11-2016) form question number 4d (been refused refugee status in, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa to, Canada or any other country?)
Yes, I was refused a visiting visa in February 2017 but upon examining a copy of my PR application I noticed that I did check No instead of Yes due to I somehow misinterpreted the question.

Please send in a letter and revised 5669 updated to visa officer before they review your application. They deem it as misrepresentation causing a refusal.
