Yup... you just have to wait to either receive AOR or get your app back. I've read on this forum about dozens of applicants whose applications stay "out for delivery" indefinitely You can just assume it was delivered because they receive so much mail at CPC, some items miss the delivery scan when they are delivered.

Im April 5 i havent received any AOR yet! Im getting worried what happen to our papers... and yet one of the April 7 received aor now.... im getting worried and frustrated now

I know a few from april 04 waiting... my file was returned in march... hope its not the same again...

Third time's the charm, right? Just mailed in my application again this morning, will be received tomorrow. Included a letter of explanation with our 2015 NoA explaining it's the most recent one we have available, included the Use of a Representative form since we put my mailing address in Canada, and put my name and date of birth on the back of all our relationship proof photos (something else we had forgotten last time, not sure if it would have caused an issue or not). And... of course... went through the checklist about a thousand times making sure everything was signed and accounted for. Fingers crossed - I can't handle another return!

I think you just need to include the missing form and send it. When did your application received by CPC office and got returned? my file received at Mississauga on Apr 04 and haven't got AOR so i am thinking my file is also returning.

My application was received on March 28th, got it back today. took me more than a month to get it back.

if there is no change on the forms you can resend the same ones...otherwise if there is a change you need to make on the forms, you will need redo them, re-sign and re-date them

Nope. i called them a lot of times. but they kept saying we cannot locate your application.

if there is no change on the forms you can resend the same ones...otherwise if there is a change you need to make on the forms, you will need redo them, re-sign and re-date them

Oh good. there is no change in the forms so i will send the same ones again.

It all really depends on whose (which officer) is working on your file it seems. I also do believe that consistency is not something the CPC-M takes pride in.

After 30 minutes wait on the phone the first agent kept saying hello and as per him there were a lot of noise on the call, so he decided to hang up on me. I tried again and reach another agent luckily after a wait.

She was pretty adamant that the office is still working on April 3rd applications and there's nothing they could do really, except wait. When I mentioned that applications pass that have received their AORs, she pointed out the fact that different officers work on different applications. It looks like we got ourselves a case of 'experienced' vs 'newbie' officers. It all comes down to how lucky your star is and in whose hands your application fell.
