I can't believe myself after receiving mail from Local VO, Singapore that they have asked me to do medical.

Someone help quickly please! Hubby is coming from the states and currently there. We're about to send off his passport and what not.

• If you have a mailing address in the U.S.A.:
  
  • - The Self-Addressed pre-paid envelope should be arranged with a courier that delivers between Canada and the
    
    U.S.A.
    
    
  • - Submit all documents by mail in a single package and send to the following address:
    
    CPC – Ottawa – PR
    365 Laurier Avenue West Ottawa ON K1A 1L1
    
    So can we use UPS to deliver the mail there in the first place with the extra prepaid envelope inside with the other items? Can a courier deliver to that place?

mine were genereated on the same day I submitted the request...which irks me cuz I didnt get them until a month later

really?? Both mine were generated 2-3 weeks after I requested them. So why is it that it takes 30 days to get to you when they generated them one month later .... government bureaucratic inefficiencies?!

The return envelope must be a courier like they say. Ups will deliver to that address but not to a PO BOX.

Sorry, I don't know the answer, but I'm pretty sure I've seen this discussed in the US Outland Applicant's thread if you want to look through it or also try posting there. Good luck.
