Hi

I have a question. My husband has 2 kids but they are with his ex wife. Although we are not sponsoring the kids currently but the requirement from cic was to submit the medical weather kids are accompanying or not.
My husband's ex is not letting them do the medical. We have submitted her email stating she is not going to take the kids for medical.
My question is will it be a problem for processing my husband's case?

I don't think it would create a problem Since you are explaining the situation! I had read somewhere in the forum. In That case, The applicant was in a process of getting the divorce. The officer had requested the medicals as the Partner was still considered as a Non-Accompanying partner. She has submitted a Letter stating the situation with an Affidavit which was further considered!

Medical done today. As per panel physician, results will be send after 10 days to the immigration.

Yes you get a request in your cic account. did not receive any email at all, so keep checking your account. ECAS i am not sure i see that word but what it means ?

This is the lick for checking online status. That's called ECAS.

You should get an email as sponsor with pdf telling you that your sponsorship eligibility has been met or not. so check your email.

Received the request through our online account to upload Schedule A. Was able to do that successfully, perhaps they have finally fixed the glitches

Anyone received request for schedule A yet in either gckey or ECAS?

I have neither and only received medical requests. Also did not receive email confirming i am eligible to sponsor though ECAS shows decision made on Apr 28

Same here can you upload a screenshot please. Maybe i will hold submitting mine till i see it in the system ? Was it after your medical exam request of prior to that ?

@HeyKenGuy nope i have not received any such request only for medical exam so far.
