Questions:

1. What is the timeline range between application reaching the CPC-Missasauga and the AOR? From AOR to SA? It varies from applicant to applicant. I'm an April 4th applicant but have still not received any communication. That would make it 18 business days. Some have received it as early as 13 days. Different offices are working at different speed depending on the amount of applications and the complexity of each of them. Check the link in my signature to have a general idea. AOR to SA follows the same path with 'maybe' a lower number of days average
2. My spouse is in India. Is only New Delhi the Case Processing Centre for Spousal Sponsorship in India? What about Bangalore? Has anyone ever got the spousal sponsorship done by Consulate General of Canada, Bangalore?

Take a look on here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp . Seems that only the New Delhi one processes Spouse Sponsorship applications.

Thanks a million

Thanks Oulrish

3. When you get AOR, we link the application. When do they ask for Schedule A, Police Certificate, and Medical? Is it like the below order?

AOR will give the sponsor and sponsored instructions to link application. I believe both the sponsor and the applicant receive emails to ask them to link the application
After linking application, an email is sent from CIC to submit Schedule A and Police Certificate. If your online account has a message requesting for those then yes
SA letter will come with instructions to submit medicals The applicant will receive medical instructions, unless the sponsor is the representative

I hope that helps.

We got the text late yesterday afternoon.
I know every little thing will get me over-excited, but if they scanned the barcode that means our package has been opened! :)
I got my fingerprinting done yesterday through an approved channeler and I should have access to my FBI report in 3-5 business days. I also have form 5669 ready to go.
Even if we haven't gotten AOR1 by the time I get my report back I'm going to attempt to link our application as some people have had success linking before receiving AOR1. That way I can go ahead and upload those documents right away.
My wife and I got married in January 2015 and we were about to submit our paperwork March 2015 when we ran into financial issues so she couldn't sponsor me right away.
We've been waiting 2 LONG years, so forgive me if I'm a little excited ;D ;D ;D

Please tell me what documents did you use as proof of intent to return to canada?

Guys..here is the update on our timeline (outland spouse)

Apr 3 - app received
Apr 24 - AOR 1
Apr 25 - ECAS updated with a correspondence which we did not receive (we assume it is for Sched A and Police Cert)
Apr 26 - submitted Sched A and PCC via IRCC webform even without the request
Apr 29 - Got Sponsorship Approval which outline the need to send Schedule A.
Apr 30 - Got medical request.

Can anyone who has the same timeline respond if you ever receive any request to send the Sched A and Police Cert?

Sorry to digress. But, can you advise me as to what documents to submit as proof that your sponsor has one intent to return to Canada? I am having difficulty with that part. What documents did you submit?

Our's one;
Apr 4- App Received
Apr 28- AOR1
Apr 29- SA
May 1- Checked ECAS but no request for PCC/Sched A( Should I upload Sched A via IRCC Webform ?). :'( :'(
Noticed some March applicants were mailing PCC & Sched A to CPC-Mississauga Office as no updates or response after submitting docs via IRCC webform.

Hmm, we got "Decision Made" for the Sponsorship part, but didn't receive any e-mail. I wonder if the officer handling our case just doesn't send out SA e-mails.

Same here. ECAS showed decision made for the sponsor on Saturday but no email from COC.

Hi all! I am sponsoring my common-law partner from Argentina. The mail room sent us an sms confirmation that they received our application on Friday!

Now we wait...

I did send the Sched A and PCC through IRCC webform. Not sure if I need to mail them to CPC Missisauga.

What do you think guys?

I don't understand why there would be such a small limit to upload files through IRCC. The whole Schedule A with some additional notes weights 6 MBs. A police certificate with a translation - 2 MBs. I was able to reduce the size to 1.4MB with this online tool - https://smallpdf.com/compress-pdf, but the quality is average. I don't know if I should submit it. We got "Decision Made" on the sponsorship part, but no request to submit Schedule A and a police certificate, as well as nothing in our online account, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

same here i have started a new thread with regards to what or how Schedule A request happens, i am hoping someone can actually post the request they received, since i do not want to send anything till they request, else it might just create confusion on their end.

May I ask you something? When you got your Sponsorship Approval e-mail, did you get an extra line in ECAS? Because we are still worrying why we didn't get an e-mail and if it just depends on the specific officer.
