Hey all .
We applied in april . We send our application and we paid the fee online on 24th april . On june 5th we came to know that , the CIC has send back our application .

On 20th june we send our application again. Till now I am done with the medical , police clearance ans Schedule A .

I wanted to know that am I an april applicant or a june applicant ? I mean since we paid the fee in April , doesnt that mean our process has started from april ?

I have the same timeline as you but when I sign into ECAS, for sponsor it states: Decision Made (I am approved as a Sponsor) and Permanent Residence it states: In Process (Transferred to NDVO). When I actually click on the DM and IN PROCESS, this is what I see:

Sponsorship

1. We received your application to sponsor xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on April 7, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 3, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on May 2, 2017.

Permanent Residence

1. We received xxxxxxxxxxx’s application for permanent residence on April 7, 2017.
2. We started processing xxxxxxxxxxxxxx's application on June 19, 2017.
3. Medical results have been received.

If you only have Application Received on PA side; Mississauga is waiting for you to send in Schedule A and your file has not been transferred to your Visa Office for the Permanent Resident portion. Did you get a medical request yet?

Hi, we already sent the Schedule A and Police report. They've confirmed receipt. They have not asked for the medical yet, and ive not received a notification of Sponsor approval. So weird

Hey everyone, quick question! I received the SA email on 15th May, then the email about the application being transferred to the London office on 7th June. Now, when I log on to ECAS as the Principal Applicant it says 'Decision Made'. Does this mean that's it, they've either approved or rejected the PA and we should expect an email soon?

Hi Guys,
Quick q's. Is linking the application mandatory? can they communicate with email if needed? It's absolute nightmare for last 5 days that I have tried to link my application. Finally got hold off CIC agent and he says be patient it may take a while as he does not have any reason why I cannot link my application at this moment. And he says linking is not mandatory as they could still communicate through email. I'm wondering if not linking might make things slower? I appreciate your thoughts!

No, it's not mandatory, we never did it.

Yes. Soon you will recieved email of approval. I believe there is no rejection if it is family category or spousal unless your missing some documents and they will email you for additional documents. Claim it! Yeey! Congratulations in advance!
