Date application mailed: April 05 2017
Medical: provided upfront,done October 14,2016. I was originally applying using the old kit but due to some delays ended up using the new application kit. Since I already had the medical done, I sent it in with my new application. Mycic shows medical as passed.

I did send in a case specific inquiry to my visa office today, hopefully I get a response soon.

Also, can I check something. After getting the PR status in December, I (Sponsor) was still living in Dubai and only arrived to Canada in June, while we started the sponsorship application before. Do you think that this may cause some delay in the process for us.

Thank you. Yes, indeed it is outland application. Hoping it does not delay the process, since already it feels like I am one of the last few left for the ECAS to change to in process as per the spreadsheet.

Hi Electra, are you applying for the PCC?

Ourlish, they mentioned they sent me correspondence on 26th May which i never received... i voluntarily uploaded Sch A on web form.. on 17 june and nuthing has been updated.. my husband called cic n they suggested you can voluntarily courier us the documents... which i sent original Sch A and Police Certificate for their records 2 days ago.. i hope i see any change in my list of process soon...

PS: i am more worry as my application hasnt moved to any visa office yet considering the timelines of majority....

I received a letter from CPC mississauga that my husband's documents was forwarded to Visa office in London, it's pretty weird because my husband is in the Philippines. He have worked in dubai but his contract has ended. We have never mention any London address and we have updated his latest home address through a letter sent to their office. Any insights regarding the situation? Thank you for your response

They move around applications to VO's that are less burdened if the applicants local VO is over burdened so don't worry about it.
