they replied by email telling me that my husband has to send them the police clearance from uk as he was studying there.so now we are in the proccess of doing that so we can send it to them so we can continue with the process.

i am just worried if we manage at the timeframe they have given to us ,as you know paperwork needs time.

The U.K police check is really fast.

Hey Gagan I received an email with all the details and it said file is sent to Delhi now I think they will send further information to my wife.

Thanks for the support guys I hope everyone a speedy visa it's a tough wait.

Ntvnaveen I think it will be safe to send them a copy to confirm they received it if they asked you only. If it's like a generic email stating if you haven't than you should ignore it I believe others on the forum have got that sent to them as well. Good luck

Yes I am planing to send the copies of the fee receipt and pcc to them saying that i have already submitted the originals along with the application.I think all you guys gonna receive same email..some people say its a computer generated mail so u dont need to submit again.but i am not taking a chance.

Ohh thanks saini bt as per ma knwledge u also hav a consultant does he nt receive emails on ur nd ur wife's behalf???
Coz our first AOR frm cic ws on our consultants email id... Dnt knw cic is very confusing. My email ws nt asked on any of da documents v filled.

Well that all depends when you sent your application in , and what are the time lines for your application. For some they have asked for the fee so they can get their money. Some they do it just before they get their PR. So say you put your application in March and you are applying from Mexico then no, its going to take some time and they are just looking for the fee.

We applied in April for Mexico, they are just asking for this Fee and just some other information
