NO! according to the website they have just started April 1 applications. A March 28th applicant just received AOR today!

We submitted our application on 15th April to CPC-M, but havent heard anything since then from them, also i noticed since we have submitted our application to them, timeline for step one has raised from 34 days to 44 days.... :'( ???
